Product Description
Basic Use-
PolyFlat 450 is intended for professional use only. It is a flatting agent additive formulated to reduce gloss levels in Wood Kote solventbased polyurethanes. PolyFlat 450 is an additive and not a coating, and thus it is not subject to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emission requirements for Architectural and Industrial Maintenance coatings (effective 13Sep99).

Absolutely the Best!

I have been using this product for many years for a high end building contractor that likes any job that he has me pre finish his clear cedar soffits by adding 8 parts Wood Kote PolyFlat 450 per gallon into marine spar varnish, satin finish. The finished product is spectacular to say the least! I have pre finished at least a million lineal board feet with this product and have never, ever had a call back or any kind of failure. I would also like to give Super F Paint Inc. a 5 star review for being amazing buy from and am going to start investigating on more products they sell....we usually only go with our local paint stores for convenience and to stay local.

Good flattener for polyurethanes

works just as it says. We have a wax based flattener to tune sheens but for a major sheen shift (more than 115 degrees this works better, like when a pail of glass comes in and you wanted semi gloss.
